In brief
The part shape, film format and texture area guide the first equipment decision.
Roll fed transfer suits continuous film workflows. The LICHAO LC-JDJ-UV-600 supports PC, PET and TPU decorative films and describes constant tension correction, metered glue dispensing and servo controlled operation. The stated mold width is 600 mm.
Sheet transfer can suit discrete panels or smaller batches. The LC-5060-UVZYJ uses dispensing UV adhesive onto the mold, pressing the sheet with a roller and curing with UV light. It lists a 500 × 600 mm table and 120–200 pieces per hour transfer efficiency.
Before purchasing, test texture fidelity, adhesive behavior, UV cure, release, surface durability and variation over a representative production run. Confirm every output figure on your actual material and pattern.
What should be verified before equipment selection?
Confirm the substrate, pattern dimensions, layer chemistry, registration target, curing route and expected throughput with representative samples.
Final process fit depends on your artwork, ink or adhesive, film, and line requirements. We recommend sample trials before production.
