Reel to reel automatic screen printing
Equipmented for coil materials including PET, PVC, PC, heat transfer film and flexible circuit boards. The equipment specifies electric eye tracking and 0.1 mm repeat overprint accuracy.

Automatic sheet screen printing
CCD alignment with automatic loading and unloading for sheet materials such as PET, acrylic, leather and metal plates. The equipment specifies 0.03 mm print positioning accuracy.

Reel to reel UV transfer printing
A roll fed UV texture transfer route for PC, PET and TPU films, including decorative patterns such as silk, CD, batch and leather textures. The equipment uses constant tension correction and metered adhesive dispensing.

Sheet UV transfer machine
UV adhesive is dispensed onto a transfer mold, the sheet is pressed by rollers, and UV light fixes the texture. The equipment uses LED UV light and servo controlled motion.
